The Campaign Period

1. The “Snap, Post and Win a RM20,000 Luxury Watch” (“this Campaign”) runs from 11 October 2021 till 31 October 2021, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”).

2. SWISS WATCH reserves the right upon giving adequate prior notice to change the duration and/or the commencement and/or expiry dates of the Campaign Period.

 

Eligibility

1. This Campaign is open to all SWISS WATCH followers, issued by SWISS WATCH only (“Eligible Participant”).

2. Permanent and/or temporary staff or employees of SWISS WATCH and VALIRAM GROUP are not eligible to participate in this Campaign.

3. Employee and immediate family members of the Organizers, their advertising agencies, subsidiaries, agencies, and suppliers are not eligible to participate in the contest.

4. The Organizer may at its sole and absolute discretion extend the Contest Period at any time without prior notice to any party (‘The Extended Period’). Unless an extended period is announced, any entries received after contest period shall be treated as disqualified. Any participation in the Contest during this Extended Period (if any) shall be governed by these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions’) which shall remain in full force and effect.

 

Prizes & Participation Criteria

1. To participate in this Campaign, the Eligible Participant will need to:

Step 1: Choose your favourite Augmented Reality watch filter.
Step 2: Snap a photo of your wrist with your chosen watch.
Step 3: Post it on your Instagram, hashtag #ArtofTime2021 #SwissWatch20Years and tag @SwissWatchGlobal
Step 4: Follow @SwissWatchGlobal on Instagram

2. Each successful entry must fulfill the below criteria:

  • A clear visibility of the Augmented Reality watch filter on the participant’s wrist, including the watch brand.
  • Hashtags #ArtofTime2021 #SwissWatch20Years correctly placed and visible.
  • Tag @SwissWatchGlobal on Instagram
  • Change Instagram profile to “Public” throughout the contest period.

Winner Selection Process

1. Swiss Watch to filter all the eligible members who meet the contest criteria.

2. Eligible candidates will be contacted via telephone number to stay tuned at Swiss Watch Facebook and Instagram on a selected date for winner announcement, via stories (Eligible members will be notified within 2-3 weeks after the promotion period for the final draw detail)

3. Participant’s responsibility to ensure their phone numbers provided are current and updated with SWISS WATCH in the event of any changes being made to the same by the Shortlisted Participants. Further and for the avoidance of any doubt, SWISS WATCH shall not be liable for any telco charges, roaming or phone charges which is to be borne by the Shortlisted Participants, whether in or outside Malaysia as a result of SWISS WATCH contacting the Shortlisted Participants.

4. SWISS WATCH reserves the right to record these telephone conversations. The decision made by SWISS WATCH is final and no correspondence will be entertained.


Winners’ announcement

1. Winners will be selected on the last day of the contest dated 31st October 2021.

2. The winners list will be announced on SWISS WATCH’s Official Instagram and Facebook pages via stories 1 week after the last contest date.


General Terms & Conditions

1. SWISS WATCH reserve the right to publish or display the name, picture and city of residence of the Eligible Participants who won the prize(s) for this Campaign for advertising and publicity purposes in any manner it deems appropriate. By participating in this Campaign, the Winners hereby consent to and agree that SWISS WATCH shall be at liberty to publish their names, pictures and city of residence without compensation for advertising and publicity purposes. Non-compliance may result in an alternative winner being chosen.

2. By participating in this Campaign, the Eligible Participant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of SWISS WATCH.

3. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SWISS WATCH expressly exclude and disclaim any representations, warranties, or endorsement, implied or express, written or oral, of all Prizes offered under this Campaign. All risks, loss, damage and/or injury associated with the use of the Prizes shall be assumed by the Eligible Participants.

4. SWISS WATCH will not entertain any complaint whatsoever in connection with the Prizes.

5. SWISS WATCH shall be entitled to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions or any part thereof and/or substitute or replace the Prizes offered under this Campaign and/or to extend, modify, shorten, discontinue, cancel, terminate or suspend this Campaign by giving adequate notice to Eligible Participants.

6. No compensation in cash, refund, replacement or any kind shall be given to the Eligible Participants for any losses or damages suffered or incurred by the Eligible Participants as a direct or an indirect result of such variation, deletion, addition or alteration of these Terms and Conditions and/or the extension, modification, cancellation, suspension or termination of this Campaign.

7. Decision of SWISS WATCH in relation to every aspect of this Campaign shall be final, binding, and conclusive.

8. SWISS WATCH will not assume any responsibility for the Prizes offered under this Campaign and accept no liability (including without limitation, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third party) howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise in connection with this Campaign, even if SWISS WATCH have been advised of the possibility of such damages in advance, and all such damages are expressly excluded.

9. By acceptance or receipt of a Prize, the Winner agrees to hold harmless SWISS WATCH and its affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any claim, action, proceeding, judgment, damage, loss, expense or liability suffered by SWISS WATCH and its affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents in connection with such Winner’s participation in the Campaign or receipt, redemption or use of the Prizes.

10. SWISS WATCH accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the Prizes or the use thereof. Any tax filing obligation or any tax payment due to any authority as a result of receipt of the Prizes remain the sole responsibility of the participant. It is the responsibility of each participant to seek independent advice on the possible implications this may have on his/her own financial situation.
