After hearing the story behind the Bremont MBI, Jimmy confirmed his Father-in-Law, aviator and Marine Corps veteran had ejected from a Martin Baker seat in 1961 during a training exercise in his F-8C Crusader jet, Jimmy then was able to purchase the exclusive Bremont MBI using his Tie Club number. Jimmy went on to present the MBI to his Father-in-Law live on the Tonight Show.
Tested and designed in conjunction with the iconic British aviation company ‘Martin-Baker’, the MBI is only available to those who have ejected using an MB ejection seat.
